We provide focused and effective movement coaching to folks from all walks of life, all ages, all shapes and sizes. You’ll receive personal instruction in how to reach your physical fitness goals quickly and safely.
You’ll have a greater understanding of your own body and mind, a “bag of tricks” to cultivate it , and carry these skills over to your everyday life. A few sessions will get you ready for starting your own independent routine and/or taking part in an ongoing regular group practice.
Everybody is different, you choose what’s best for you.
What is a Kettlebell?
It’s a cannonball with a handle. A handheld gym. Understanding the concepts and techniques of Kettlebell lifting combined with regular practice will assure fast and safe progression along your path to fitness excellence.
Knowledge is power and Kettlebell lifting is a learning experience. It’s also fun and you’ll find yourself with more energy and practical, real-life strength and movement skills that will make you feel tough, stand tall and confident, restore lost function, optimize your overall well-being. This practice gets you ready for whatever good or bad life puts in front of you.
Kettlebells are ideally practiced outdoors, as being out in the open throughout the seasons in itself has tonic effects on your body, makes you more resilient and grounded. I personally like variety, so I practice KB’s anywhere, considering safety first ofcourse.
How to get started?
Know your fitness goals and dreams, call and set up the initial Basics session, get a pair of flat-soled shoes (Chuck Taylor’s, Gong-Fu shoes, dance shoes) and start getting excited !
